Can any body put forward an theory to what maybe happening. Customers are coming to site and are asked to create an account before they purchase. They apparently are doing this. However, they create an account and they then go onto check out only to get kicked the moment they try pay!?/

This seems to happen frequently, enough to warrant a second look and ask why..

Anybody who has had ir is having similar experience, what did you do or are doing to correct?

Thanks

When I was on 5.5.4, I had similar problems with some customers not being able to pay, though I never heard about it forcing them to make an account first. Unfortunately, I never was able to resolve it. I did bring it up to Interspire support, but you know how that works out most times.

I upgraded to 6.1.1 hoping things would be a lot more stable and now I see a lot less of that with 6.1.1, but I'm not 100% sure it's completely resolved.

Thanks for the reply.

So if your right, this is what other users have experienced..

My first thought is that you may have upgraded the PayPalExpress module with newer code that is only valid for a later version of ISC or that something like a template is out of date, etc...

I'd recommend re-up'ing the original 5.5.4 module and seeing if that solves the problem...

I'm currently using 5.5.4 Ultimate *spits*..

Where to get that update?
