Shopping Cart Community

For years, I've had a text box that allowed customers to input engraving details on the product details page. Sometime in the past 3 months, it has disappeared. The radio button option is still there along with the increased price when the engraving option is selected. Just no text box to enter the details.

I checked each product admin section. Everything seems good. Don't believe I've been hacked and haven't done any changes to the back end products in a while. It seems to be a global problem. All of my products that have this engraving option now suffer from the same malady.

Any thoughts on where to look?

Currently running ISC 5.0.6 (biding my time to migrate to CS Cart).

First thought is to check the source code to see if the box is still there but being hidden... if it is then CSS is the culprit.
