Does anyone know why upon guest checkout (multiple page checkout), the email variable is not being passed, thus no email confirmation goes out to the customer. This is a pretty immediate need, so any help would be great!

I think i had this problem too. only when i used nochex payment system.
It seemed to be fine with Paypal Pro, as it was all intergrated in the site and never left.
Would be nice to get this working, as you have to disable guess, otherwise customers would never get confirmation, and you are unable to contact them

There's been some developments with the Tracker at Interspire that indicate they may know what's causing this sort of odd issue along with a bunch of others.
Of course I've no idea if we're getting version 5.1, 5.5 or some other weird marketing BS play with version numbers game... either way hopefully it does resolve a few things.
