Hide Category

Quick Question -
I would like to hide a few sub-categories under a few select parents.
If you visit my site (www.PureSpeedMotorsports.com) you can notice what I am trying to fix. I sell automotive parts and my parents are "years" then the next sub-category is model. This works great but as you can see for the parent category "Mustang Accessories and Apparel" sub categories do not work well, that is what I am trying to remove.
My category depth is set to 2
