Spotted In ISC Forum: "Bit-Cart" ... an ISC Clone?

Post by CharlieFoxtrot »

I spotted a post over at the ISC forum. Someone posted this link to "Bit-Cart". When viewing the admin demo pages, it appears to be a clone of ISC.

Is this blatant code-theft?, piracy/reselling?, licensed?, a shadow-subsidiary?, or simply an interface "in-the-style-of" with entirely new code running the show?
ISC 4.0.7

Most telling is the mobile interface...

It's most likely an ISC partner/reseller with a custom admin template.. Same product beyond that

It looks like they based it on an old version of the cart - Looking in the admin area, the tax settings look like the 'old' way tax used to work.. im guessing 5.5.4 or below.

I imagine we'll know if any of this has been confirmed when the site suddenly goes offline and stops trading...
