Just a quick note as I only found the site today...

Big Commerce has opted for a service package via GetSatisfaction and apparently that's where all our beloved support folks are spending their time, and not with the customers who helped fund their bigcommerce project.. How quaint...

Anyway, vaguely amusing but it's all broken...

The page is looping like crazy and isn't displaying successfully, probably thanks to someone messing up the htaccess redirect, but hard to say...

I know it's not nice to laugh! but....

Shame they're all in bed! Maybe they should have thought about having some UK based support... oh yeah that's right the US lot should be taking care of it! Do you think they've submitted a ticket?
