What Do You Make Of This? Google examines BC stores...

Post by CharlieFoxtrot »

I stumbled upon this post in the Google Merchant support forum.

It looks as though Google sees some sort of trend among BC users. Does BC attract sellers of items that Google frequently finds to be non-compliant? Is there a flaw in the BC code that makes sellers' items appear to be non-compliant with Google policies?

If the problem is only specific to certain sellers... and if those sellers tend to congregate at BC... I wonder how this will affect the rest of the BC community.

Chances are, if it affects them, it affects us...

Time for a bit of a look at the compliance on my feeds I reckon...

You can bet that the BigCommerce folks will not be happy when that nugget breaks..
