Trying to Edit the Admin Order Page

Hi Guys,
I want to edit the admin orders page, add in a few fields what files would I need to edit to do this.
I want to add in a few icons and transaction numbers, especially for charge backs or finding the transaction in the worldpay system.
Also what is a good tool to compare to files to see the changes?
